The Mercedes Standard Vito is the vehicle most of our guests choose, and for good reason. It carries up to five passengers with five large bags, which covers the great majority of families and small groups arriving in Istanbul, and it does so at the lowest fixed price in our fleet. You are not sharing it with anyone: one van, one driver, straight from the terminal to your door.

Met at Arrivals, at No Extra Charge

Finding your driver at Istanbul Airport is straightforward. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a printed sign with your name on it, and messages you on WhatsApp so you know he is already there. There is no meeting point to hunt for and no phone calls from the kerb.

The meeting service costs nothing extra, and neither does waiting. We track your flight, so if you land early your driver is already in place, and if you land hours late — delays, a missed connection, a long queue at passport control — he simply waits. The price agreed at booking does not move.

Your chauffeur helps with the luggage, and speaks English well enough to answer the questions every new arrival has: how long the drive takes, which side of the city you are staying on, where to change money, whether the traffic is about to get worse. If anything at all is unclear, a real person answers our WhatsApp around the clock.

What Does the Drive Cost?

The fare for the Vito is shown on this page, and it is the price for the whole vehicle rather than a charge per seat. Five passengers pay exactly what one passenger pays. Luggage, motorway tolls, taxes, the meet-and-greet at arrivals and the waiting time are all inside that figure.

There is no meter and no airport surcharge to argue about at the end of the journey. You see the total before you confirm the booking, and that is the amount you settle — by card online, or in cash to the driver if you prefer. Nothing is added afterwards.

Is the Standard Vito the Right Choice?

Choose the Vito when you are travelling as a family or a small group and want space for your bags without paying for a luxury saloon. Five seats, five large suitcases, air conditioning and Wi-Fi on board: for an airport run it is the sensible balance of comfort and cost.

If you would like the same capacity with a more executive interior, the VIP Vito is the step up. Travelling as a larger group, the 13-seat Sprinter takes everyone and their luggage in a single vehicle. Travelling light, or arriving for business, the Mercedes E-Class and S-Class offer a first-class ride for up to three passengers. Whichever you pick, the booking process and the fixed-price promise are identical.

Booking Your Vito Transfer
