When a group arrives together, splitting across three taxis is the fastest way to lose an hour and half the luggage. The Mercedes Sprinter solves it in one vehicle: 13 passengers and 13 large bags, one chauffeur, one fixed price, everybody arriving at the hotel at the same moment.

It is the vehicle we send for extended families, tour groups, sports teams, conference delegations and company trips. The cabin is tall enough to move around in, the luggage compartment is genuinely large rather than nominally so, and the ride at motorway speed is far quieter than a minibus has any right to be.

Availability on the Sprinter is more limited than on our vans, simply because we run fewer of them. For large groups, and particularly in high season, booking ahead is worth doing early.

Comfortable for the Whole Group

The standard seating layout is forward-facing, which suits most airport runs. We can also arrange a conference layout with seats facing one another around a table, which works well for a team travelling to a meeting or a family that wants to sit together. If you would prefer that arrangement, mention it when you book so we can allocate the right vehicle.

Air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi on board, and generous space between rows. On a journey that can take the best part of an hour depending on traffic and which side of the city you are heading to, that space is the difference between arriving fresh and arriving frayed.

Serving Both Istanbul Airports

The Sprinter runs from Istanbul Airport (IST) and from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), and back again for departures. A typical run between IST and the European-side hotel districts takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic, and longer at peak times or when crossing between continents.

Your chauffeur tracks the flight, so a delayed landing costs nothing and changes nothing. With a group this size that matters more than usual — thirteen people clearing passport control rarely do so at the same speed, and there is no clock running while you regroup.

For departures we build in the extra time a large group needs at check-in, and advise on when to leave based on the day and the hour rather than a generic rule. Motorway tolls on the airport roads are included in your fare.

One Fixed Price for the Vehicle

The Sprinter fare shown on this page is for the entire vehicle, not per seat. Split thirteen ways it is comfortably the least expensive way for a group to reach the city, and it is fixed at the moment you book: luggage, tolls, taxes, the meeting at arrivals and the waiting time are all inside it.

You will be met inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, and your chauffeur will message on WhatsApp to confirm he is in place. Pay by card online or in cash to the driver. Nothing is added at the end of the journey.

Luggage, Child Seats and Special Requests

The Sprinter is rated for 13 passengers and 13 large bags, and that luggage figure is a real one rather than an optimistic estimate. If your group is carrying more than a case each — sports equipment, instruments, exhibition materials, a month of winter clothing — tell us when you book and we will confirm the load fits or arrange a second vehicle in advance.

Child seats and boosters are available at no extra charge. Let us know the ages of any children travelling and the seats are fitted before the vehicle sets off for the airport, rather than produced from the boot while thirteen people wait on the pavement.

Bottled water is provided on board and Wi-Fi is available for the journey. If anyone in the group has limited mobility, do mention it when booking: the Sprinter has a higher step than our vans, and knowing in advance lets the chauffeur park where it is easiest to board and help properly.

Booking the Sprinter

Select the Sprinter when you book, and the fixed price appears immediately. Tell us the number of passengers and roughly how many bags, and we will confirm that one vehicle is enough — occasionally, with thirteen passengers and thirteen full-size cases, a second vehicle is the more comfortable answer, and we will say so rather than let you find out at the kerb.
