The Mercedes S-Class is the most comfortable car we run, and the one we send when the journey itself is meant to be part of the occasion. Up to three passengers and three bags, a rear cabin built for being driven rather than driving, and a ride quiet enough to take a call or simply close your eyes after a long flight.

It is the natural choice for executives arriving for business, for guests being collected on behalf of a company or a hotel, and for anyone who would rather begin a trip to Istanbul in a car they would be glad to be seen stepping out of. The chauffeurs assigned to the S-Class are our most experienced, and they understand discretion as part of the job.

Everything else works exactly as it does across our fleet: you are met inside arrivals with a name sign, your flight is tracked, and the price is fixed before you travel.

Comfort on the Drive into the City

The journey from Istanbul Airport into the centre is not a short one, and in traffic it can stretch considerably. In the S-Class that time is genuinely usable — climate control front and rear, deep seats with proper leg room, low cabin noise and a smooth ride over the motorway sections.

Business travellers use the drive to make calls or read before a meeting. Guests arriving on an overnight flight use it to sleep. Either way you step out at the hotel in a different condition from the one you would arrive in after a taxi queue and a shared shuttle.

Arrivals, Departures and Journeys Across the City

The S-Class is available for arrivals and departures at both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), and for journeys between any two addresses in Istanbul — hotel to meeting, hotel to the cruise port, or across to the Asian side and back.

For departures we advise on the departure time based on the day and the traffic rather than a rule of thumb, and the chauffeur arrives early. For arrivals we track the flight, so a delay costs nothing and the car is there whenever you actually land.

If you need the same car and the same chauffeur across several days, tell us the schedule and we will hold it for you rather than treating each journey as a separate booking.

The Price, Fixed Before You Travel

The S-Class fare shown on this page is the all-in price for the vehicle, and the figure you see is the figure you pay. Luggage, motorway tolls, taxes, the meeting at arrivals and the waiting time are all inside it, and there is no meter.

S-Class journeys are settled by card, and the price displayed already includes the card-processing fee — you will never see a percentage added at the end. You will have your booking reference and confirmation before you fly.

Discretion, Child Seats and Corporate Accounts

A good share of our S-Class work is done on behalf of companies and hotels collecting their own guests. Our chauffeurs are used to that: they greet by name, keep the conversation to whatever the passenger invites, and do not discuss one client in front of another.

Child seats and boosters are available at no extra charge — tell us the ages when you book and they are fitted before the car leaves for the airport. Bottled water is provided on board, and Wi-Fi is available for the journey.

Booking the S-Class

Choose the S-Class when you book and the total appears immediately; the whole process takes about a minute and needs no account. Because we run a limited number of these cars, we would recommend booking as far ahead as you can, particularly for early-morning departures.
